Email the artwork that you wish to use for the banner to Steven P. Shikiar, MD (sshikiar@njsurgery.com) as a digital attachment or you may send the artwork to the address above.  Faxed artwork produces very poor quality and is discouraged.  Typically, 3 or 4 images of similar size and shape produce the best results.  Do not forget to include your web address that you wish the banner to link to.

Also, please tell us where on our website you wish your banner to be displayed.  We will post banners in any of the headers or in the sidebars where they will fit appropriately.

If you prefer, we can capture images directly off of your website to use in the banner.
